Beef Kofta with Whipped Feta
Spiced beef skewers, whipped feta, warm pita.
Kofta are spiced ground meat shaped onto skewers and charred hot and fast. Grated onion keeps them juicy, and cumin, coriander and a pinch of cinnamon make them taste of the grill. The whipped feta is half yogurt, so it's tangy and light.

For 4 plates.
